Welcome to Mature Transitions of Tulsa
We are the FIRST of its kind in Metro Tulsa that offers all encompassing services .
Our focus and passion is mature adults who are looking for a paradigm shift in the way Mature Adults want age. #Educate #Empower#Equip
Even though we are ONE SOURCE, we could NEVER do this without our partnerships with like minded professionals who have the same value system, and a passion for this industry. I never want to take credit for the accomplishments. I do, however, want to sign my name at the end of the day, knowing that we gave a WOW experience.
The majority of our business is about helping senior adults and/or their families who are EXHAUSTED and worn out physically, and emotionally.
We want you to take a DEEP BREATH, love on your loved ones, and leave the logistics to us.
Have you ever worked with companies that want to give you a list of people to call? Even if the list is vetted, it does not relieve you from the work that still needs to be done calling, scheduling, and much more. With Mature Transitions Of Tulsa we are your one contact. We facilitate the entire process, and communicate with you on the updates.
Below is a list of just some of the services we provide:
By 2030, there will be more individuals over 65 than any other category. According to Caring.com’s 2019 survey, 57 percent of U.S. adults do not currently have estate planning documents such as a will or living trust.
When it comes to end of life estate planning, Americans are understandably conflicted; It forces us to confront our mortality and consider the future of those we leave behind. And yet it’s also a vital aspect of financial management and the long-term security of our loved ones, which is why it may be surprising to learn that only 4 out of 10 Americans currently have an estate plan in place.
Over 73% of VA claims are denied due to incomplete forms or wrong forms used. Oftentimes, family members think they are doing a good thing to help their loved ones with the process, when in fact they are doing a disservice.
Approximately 2%-5% of the United States population is thought to have a full-blown hoarding disorder. Hoarders usually retain plenty of possessions in their homes and cars and may claim that they have a personal attachment to each item that prevents tfrom parting with it.
Our years of experience have put us in a great position to align ourselves with professional partners in the late in life industry. We have a strong relationship with the VA Benefits service. It’s important to understand how much you’ll receive from your VA package as this can impact your moving decisions. Likewise, organizing wills and trusts is a complicated process.
It is critical to know what you have and protect your assets and leave a legacy for your loved ones.
When it comes to liquidating your estate, collecting your most valuable belongings, and moving home to a new property we have vetted partnerships who can make sure you know the value of your assets.
We also have experience with Reverse Mortgages and Reverse Purchases. These are financial services put in place to assist elderly movers with borrowing, loaning and affording their new residential home or community. It might be easier than you think to get your loved one into their dream home.
Our experts are a phone call away to helpfully explain the process of making this transition.

" Sharyn helped my parents downsize, declutter & move from their family home to a condo. My dad was having a hard time with the transition. After they moved, they adapted very shortly. Knowing they were safe gave me a peace of mind.
-Amy Reid, Omaha Nebraska
"Sharyn is very compassionate and goes beyond the scope of any realtor I have ever met. She helps with the entire process of the transitions of the clients that move into our senior community. She helps to remove the barriers that have kept our residents from moving in. She helps with downsizing, decluttering, and the move process"
-P Crumb, CCRC Activities Director
I have never met a more caring and compassionate individual. Sharyn went above and beyond to help me at a time where I was very overwhelmed with my home. My husband has dementia, and I seem to be so up for him all the time, that I have no energy for myself. She helped me declutter my home, and relieved a lot of stress in my life"
