Owner, Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP)


 Sharyn Willard earned her  real estate licence in 1994.  In  2010 she earned her designation as a  Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  In 2019 Sharyn earned her  designation as a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP), and  Senior Move Manager (NASMM).  Her license is hung at McGraw Realtors - Willard Realty Group.  

She has  spent the past 9 years  touring 55+ communities, and volunteering at the communities and senior service non profits. She serves  on the board of directors for the Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) .

Realtor / Hoarder Specialist


 Paola Ronquillo earned her real estate license, and has her license hung at McGraw Realtors.  She is a hoarder  specialist.  

Paola has  the unique ability to not only assist with  the facilitation of the entire process, but she has the patience and understanding of how to deal with the sensitive nature.  She has a passion for seniors.

 COMMUNITY DIRECTOR


Hannah  Chaboya earned her bachelors of Arts from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater.  

She  has more than 10 years experience in  senior community outreach.  In addition she has  worked in the home health and hospice arena. 

Hannah has co-produced and hosted area senior radio and TV shows. She is a health advocate for families and individuals to receive the highest quality of care. She has created and presented programs to promote independent living.
